We accept cash, pre-approved personal checks, Sitara Salon Spa gift certificates, VISA, MasterCard, and AVEDA corporate gift certificates. However, gratuity is only accepted via cash or check.
Bridal Party Information & Policies
℘ To keep all wedding parties and the Sitara Team on schedule, we ask you to please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
℘ We ask each individual party member to show up for their personal appointment time (Switching appointments creates delays for both the party and the Sitara Team).
℘ Please come in with completely dry hair, an additional $10.00 will be added to blow dry damp or wet hair.
℘ Makeup guests please come with a clean moisturized face.
℘ Appointments will only be held after the purchase of $100 gift certificate or when debit/credit card information is collected and kept on file prior to the appointment.
℘ Appointments must be finalized two weeks prior to wedding. Any and all cancellations after the two week confirmation will be charged 50% of service fee.
℘ When you arrive, we do ask that you take care of your ticket right away, then relax.
℘ We encourage, if doing a trial, do so 1-2 months before the wedding date.
℘ We ask that you do not do your own hair or makeup at the salon because of space conflicts with other services being performed.
℘ Brides will receive a complimentary gift from the owners of Sitara Salon Spa.

Appointment Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Our stylists are highly skilled professionals who are scheduled to serve you based on the confirmed appointments you make. We kindly request that changes and cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Individuals who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without a cancellation notice may be subject to a 100% payment of scheduled appointment. Those who cancel after 48 hours may be subject to a 50% payment of their scheduled appointment. A credit card guarantee may be required for future services after one cancellation or no show.
